Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership and Planning:
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Lead the creation of workforce plans, talent pipelines, and succession planning initiatives.
    • Make sure compensation plans are competitive and always changing with the upcoming year and meet all compliance issues. 
  2. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
    • Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture.
  3. Employee Relations and Culture:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs.
    • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and fairness.
    • oversee all team members in the Human Resources Department.
  4. Performance Management:
    • Lead the design and implementation of performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and performance reviews.
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters, coaching them on effective performance conversations.
  5. Learning and Development:
    • Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization, designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
    • Drive a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  6. Legal Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Stay abreast of evolving employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's policies and practices remain compliant.
    • Mitigate HR-related risks and provide guidance on legal matters as they pertain to employment.
  7. Total Rewards and Benefits:
    • Oversee the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure our total rewards package remains competitive in the market.
  8. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
    • Collaborate with leadership to create an environment that values and leverages diversity.
  9. HR Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and inform decision-making.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on key HR metrics.
    • Understand employee attrition and what we can do to make sure it improves.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Working and overseeing a company with 500-1500 employees
  • 5-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving HR initiatives and programs.
  • SHRM certified 
  • PHR Degree
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 35 lbs. Standing, or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication, and appearance in a clean uniform are also required
